Blue metal roofing sheet with ridges for structural strength.


 

Spanloc 300 is a structural, mechanically seamed, standing seam roof system that features a bold, trapezoidal rib appearance for sloped roof applications as low as ¼ : 12 pitch, and provides excellent resistance to wind uplift. Panels are designed for application over open purlins and blanket insulation or solid substrates like plywood or metal decking. Optional floating clips offer the ability to accommodate thermal movement of the panels.

NOTES: 
1. Panels are produced as “STRIATED”. If “NON-STRIATED” panels are required, it must be specified in writing at the time of  material order and Striation Waiver must be signed.
2. Heavier gauges, narrower widths and striation may minimize oil canning.
3. Remove all strippable film as soon as possible to prevent bonding to the panel coating

 

Galvalume® and Acrylic Coated Galvalume® is unfinished products. Shade variations, color difference, and a rate of weathering in unfinished product such as Galvalume® and Acrylic Coated Galvalume® should be anticipated and are not a cause for rejection.  Use a pre-painted finish if uniform weathering and appearance are crucial.  Oil canning is inherent to roll formed products and might not be a reason for rejection.
