BattLoc
The BattLoc Series of panels are specifically designed for use in roofing, mansard and fascia applications. The simple pan design, combined with the snap on batten make these panels ideal for applications where transitions from roof to fascia are required. The 5/8" and the 1" BattLoc profiles can be curved down to a 10’ convex curve, perfect for barrel vault applications.

- 16 & 20 oz. Copper.
- .032 & .040 Aluminum, Anodized or Kynar500 Color Finish.

- Variable Panel Widths from 9 ¾” up to 20 ¼”.
- Lengths up to 45’.
- Striated pan standard; Optional smooth without striations.
- Optional factory applied sealant in female batten cap.
- Convex Curved BL-058 and BL-100 to a 10’-0" Radius.
- Tapered Panels available up to 29’.
- Minimum 3/12 pitch recommended.
- Waterproof, solid substrate required.
NOTES:
1. Panels are produced as “STRIATED”. If “NON-STRIATED” panels are required, it must be specified in writing at the time of material order and Striation Waiver must be signed.
2. Heavier gauges, narrower widths and striation may minimize oil canning.
3. Remove all strippable film as soon as possible to prevent bonding to the panel coating
Galvalume® and Acrylic Coated Galvalume® is unfinished products. Shade variations, color difference, and a rate of weathering in unfinished product such as Galvalume® and Acrylic Coated Galvalume® should be anticipated and are not a cause for rejection. Use a pre-painted finish if uniform weathering and appearance are crucial. Oil canning is inherent to roll formed products and might not be a reason for rejection.
